I Want You to be Funny – Kids Improv Boot Camp

Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 2pm, July 5th through August 2nd

Are your kids all about THE DRAMA?!?!? Drop them at The REP’s Improv Bootcamp Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 2PM to release some of their creative energy! The REP’s staff of professional actors guide children on a journey through the imagination; creating stories and developing characters which require quick wit and inventive thinking through structured curriculum.

 Bootcamp attendees are invited back for a group performance on Friday at 4pm, during our Stories by the Sea (Solomon Square next to Willow in Seaside) so they can show off their skills. Ages 5-14, Cost is 25.00. Visit to register.


Adventures in Alys

Join The REP Theatre for a free, completely original storytelling experience for children of all ages.  Watch as we create a new, one-of-a-kind Adventure in Alys, created by the audience (and maybe even join in the stories yourselves)! Free for all ages.


Awkward Oxen Improv Hour


Thursdays at 10am  July 10th – August 10th at Fonville Press in Alys Beach!

Awkward Oxen Improv Hour is a free, fun, interactive, and fast-paced comedy show that’s fun for groups of all ages. Join The REP’s improv troupe, The Awkward Oxen, as they play improv games, and make up scenes and songs on the spot based on audience suggestions. Free for all ages.



Monday Evenings, 6:30pm at the Seaside Amphitheater

An updated, fast-paced version of the classic tale that follows the little puppet Pinocchio on his adventures to becoming a real boy. Along the way, Pinocchio encounters a host of delightful and unsavory characters. When his papa, Gepetto, is tragically swallowed by a whale, it is up to the little puppet to rescue him. Pinocchio must work hard and show courage to prove his love for his Papa is real. The show is free to attend! 


Tales of King Arthur by Lane Riosley

Wednesdays, July 5th through August 9th, North Barrett Square

A troupe of traveling players revel in creating much onstage merriment by presenting, The Tales of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. Young Arthur is a squire who dreams of becoming a knight, but a great wizard named Merlin has plans for Arthur beyond mere knighthood. Join Arthur, Merlin, Guinevere, and Sir Lancelot in this sword and sorcery comedy adventure sure to royally entertain audiences of all ages. Free for all to attend!
